To better understand why we operate the way we do, it is important to understand why the Dream DAO exists.

Powered by Civics Unplugged, Dream DAO is a DAO that trains Gen Z to use web3 for good.

We do this primarily through...

Education: Hosting Learning Sessions with leaders in web3 x social impact, like Kevin Owocki and Aya Miyaguchi.

Internships: Hosting an internship program twice per-year to let young leaders put their knowledge into action at leading web3 organizations (like Celo and Regen Network).

Gatherings: Sponsoring young leaders to attend their first web3 conference, and hosting our own events to onboard young people from all around the world.

Our ultimate goal is a future where:

• Communities everywhere have benefited from capable builders who used their web3 skills to regenerate communities and the planet

• Virtually any young person, anywhere in the world can access education that helps them develop socially impactful web3 skills

By 2030, Dream DAO will have:

• Directly supported multiple thousands of Gen Z Builders in leveraging and building web3 to accelerate the flourishing of their communities and the world

• Helped define a vision for and supercharge the development of the web3 x social impact ecosystem at large
