🤓Recurring Roles

How It Works

The Dream DAO has small, recurring roles for tasks that must be completed on a recurring basis. Recurring roles are all fulfilled by Builders. For example, someone who plans all of our Learning Together sessions, and another person who creates and distributes all of the DAO’s POAPs.

We pay recurring roles at a rate of $17 USD/hour as a standard. If people feel like they should be paid more for their hourly rate, they can create a proposal for a DAO-wide vote. (It can also be proposed on behalf of another person, like if a Co-Steward or voting member believes someone deserves a higher rate.)

There are some responsibilities that are best completed by individuals.

We have had a lot of success with the introduction of recurring roles. Recurring roles are essential to the DAO’s operation, we rely on these individuals to ensure regular tasks are completed.
